Weirdlings in print

Weirdlings issue 1 should be done this week!

Barry has some new artwork that he is finishing up, and I have the inside cover to do, but other than that it’s done.

The book features an incredibly cool cover by Jessica Hickman which I love.

Project Wonderful

The big news was the change in the site to add Project Wonderful ads to the Weirdlings website, I think Project Wonderful is a great idea and is a good way to learn about other web comics that I might not have heard of.

So a big thank you to all of our new sponsors to the site, it’s greatly appreciated

Superman Returns

Last Saturday I got horribly ill after being exposed to Typhoid Mary which has drained me of any and all energy that I had. It also ruined any plans that I may have had for the long weekend. Being laid up did give me the chance to catch up on Boston Legal, Heroes, and BSG. I was also able to sneak in a couple of episodes of Dr. Who.

I did manage to get the new World of Orenda script finished as well as next weeks Weirdlings. Now I just have a pile of other work to finish up.

Watched Superman Returns last night, it wasn’t that bad, it had some cool moments and I liked the flying effect.

Read that Dave Cockrum (X-men artist) died. Very sad.

I can’t seem to escape the pictures of Britney Spears shaved privates which apparently she enjoys showing off by not wearing panties. Didn’t anyone tell her that less is more?

Saw my coworker eat an 8 patty burger from Wendy’s today.
